Our Story

"The Tightest"

Fashion has always been a part of me and my family. My mom and dad were both stylish and had an eye for fashion. My mom modeled professionally in the NW, while my dad was known for looking sharp and staying as clean as the board of health.

My friends and I started saying "The Tightest" as teenagers around Portland as a way of being cool and having bragging rights about something. The Tightest meant doing something really well. It could also mean that we saw something amazing or being a part of something special. 

I started the brand in 2021 with an idea and a desire to be my own boss.

The things that I have experienced and witnessed in business and life have prepared but also humbled me for this journey with my team.

Our need to be self-employed inspires us.

Wanting to be creative drives us,

and making a difference is what motivates us the most.
